Steps to install PowerDirector 14:
Disconnect from the internet (Must)
Uninstall your previous version using REVO UNINSTALLER(Click here to get Revo unistaller full version https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dfPKc...)
Delete these directories if u already installed PowerDirector
C:\ProgramData\Cyberlink
C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Cyberlink
C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\Cyberlink
Complete CyberLink PowerDirector 14 installation(05:09)
Disable ur antivirus protection
Don't run PowerDirector or exit if running
Open Regedit: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CyberLink\Po­werDirector14\UserReg 
Change "Prod_Activate" from "OnlineCheck" to "LocalServer" Change System Date more than 31 days in the future
Now run PowerDirector 14 and skip online registration
Should appear the activation dialog. Otherwise, import mp4 or Mkv files to the project library
Click on "I don't have an internet connection now"
Now run (as admin) the keygen and click "Patch" button
Click and copy activation URL from browser to the keygen*
*It should look like this: http://www.cyberlink.com/cae/xxxx/pow...
Copy the following serial to the keygen: "VNXRH-327KK-R3CST-7CV7E-WUP5C-TVGRV"
Click "Activation" button on the keygen and activate the software
Never update the software (blocked by a firewall would be a good idea)
